
From humble beginnings in Albany, Georgia; Chef Quintin started cooking at the age of 15 during his mom's pregnancy. She was a 41-year-old single working mom of three children. While his mother rested on the sofa, she coached him how to make dinner and soon after that he fell in love with cooking. Chef Quintin then moved on to getting his first job at Maryland Fried Chicken and worked his way up to an Executive Chef position for exclusive county clubs. From then, he has participated in cooking competitions, traveled the world for food tastings, and even opened up his own business for catering events, intimate dinners, and personal chef requests. He is excited to share his culinary experience and gourmet cuisine in Green Bay, Wisconsin and surrounding areas.
